JDL Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a leading European data centre delivery specialist as they look to expand their team with a CSA Supervisor in Sines, Portugal.
This is a permanent, full-time position based on site in Sines. The role offers a competitive salary package within a major European data centre programme.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise all Civil, Structural, and Architectural works on site, ensuring activities are carried out safely, to specification, and in line with the programme
- Manage and coordinate CSA subcontractor trades, including progress monitoring and manpower management
- Inspect completed CSA works and ensure QA/QC sign-off is completed at each stage of construction
- Identify and resolve technical issues on site, escalating to the CSA Construction Manager where required
- Attend daily coordination meetings and toolbox talks, maintaining safety standards across all CSA works
- Ensure all CSA documentation, including inspection reports and test records, is accurately completed and maintained
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in CSA supervision on large-scale construction or data centre projects
- Relevant trade qualification and supervisor certification
- Strong knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural construction methods and standards
- Good understanding of QA/QC processes and the ability to manage subcontractor compliance
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Data centre or mission-critical project experience is advantageous
