About The Opportunity
JDL Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a leading European data centre delivery specialist as they look to expand their team with an Integration Supervisor in Sines, Portugal.
This is a permanent, full-time position based on site in Sines. The role offers a competitive salary package within a major European data centre programme.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the integration of MEP systems across the project, ensuring all disciplines interface effectively and integrated testing milestones are met
- Manage integration activities between mechanical, electrical, BMS, and controls teams on site
- Review integration schedules and track progress against commissioning milestones, escalating risks where required
- Attend integration coordination meetings, engineering reviews, and client witness sessions
- Ensure integration documentation, test records, and sign-off sheets are accurately maintained throughout the project lifecycle
- Support the commissioning team with the planning and execution of integrated systems testing activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a systems integration or commissioning coordination role on large-scale construction or data centre projects
- Good technical understanding of MEP systems and their integration across disciplines
- Experience coordinating integration activities between mechanical, electrical, and controls teams
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to read technical drawings and interpret commissioning documentation
- Data centre or mission-critical project experience is strongly preferred
