About The Opportunity
JDL Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a leading European data centre delivery specialist as they look to expand their team with an OFCI Package Manager in Sines, Portugal.
This is a permanent, full-time position based on site in Sines. The role offers a competitive salary package within a major European data centre programme.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the coordination, tracking, and delivery of assigned Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) equipment packages
- Liaise with the client's procurement team and vendors to manage delivery schedules and confirm installation readiness
- Review and progress technical submittals, drawings, and documentation for OFCI items
- Coordinate with site construction and commissioning teams to ensure OFCI equipment is received, stored, and installed in line with programme requirements
- Track delivery status, identify potential delays, and escalate risks to the Project Manager
- Attend coordination, vendor, and progress meetings, providing regular package status updates
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in package management or project coordination within construction or data centre delivery
- Experience managing OFCI equipment or complex procurement coordination on large-scale projects
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
- Good understanding of construction programme sequencing and supplier coordination
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Data centre or mission-critical project experience is advantageous
