About The Opportunity

JDL Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a leading data centre developer as they look to expand their team with a Planning Manager in Paris, France.
This is a permanent position.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, review and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, establishing baseline programmes aligned with scope, milestones and contract requirements.
  • Monitor project progress against the approved schedule, identifying delays, risks and critical path impacts and proposing mitigation strategies.
  • Manage the PMC's planning engineer and project controls team, standardising planning practices across projects.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards and KPIs to senior management and clients.
  • Conduct delay analysis, including EOT claims and disruption analysis, and support claims preparation and evaluation.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to align construction, procurement and engineering schedules.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience in construction planning and scheduling, including at least 5 years in a senior or lead planning role on large-scale projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management; a master's degree is preferred.
  • Strong experience with Primavera P6 is mandatory.
  • PMP and/or PMI-SP certification.
  • Expertise in delay analysis and EOT claims, with a strong understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects under pressure.
