We are working with a fast-growing data center developer delivering large-scale infrastructure across Europe.
They are looking for an experienced Project Director to lead major data center projects from development and design through construction, commissioning and handover.
Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale data center projects
Lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate consultants, contractors and key stakeholders.
Oversee design development, construction delivery, quality, HSE, risk and change management.
Manage commercial and contractual matters alongside procurement and commercial teams.
Report project progress, risks and key decisions to senior leadership.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Proven experience delivering large-scale data center or mission-critical projects.
Strong understanding of MEP systems, critical infrastructure and data center environments.
Experience managing complex projects from concept through to operational handover.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management and commercial skills.
Experience working with developers, contractors, consultants and other project partners.
